You may not know this, but I’m a makeup junkie. I took a year off from my junkie-ness when I had Ellie, because I was so focused on keeping her alive, etc. But now I’m back! I recently stopped into Sephora and fell IN LOVE with this eyeshadow palette by Too Faced. The shadows are velvety and go on so easy, and they are just the prettiest neutral colors! It runs about $35.00 on sephora.com but I got mine on ebay for $25. Hurray!
Okay so I havent actually bought this one yet, but its in my Amazon shopping cart! Jessica Seinfeld writes her cookbook about how to “hide” veggies in food. One of her more famous recipes are the “healthy brownies” that include carrot and spinach puree in the list of ingredients. I’m thinking this might be the key to getting Ellie (and me!) to eat her veggies.
I am cursed blessed with both my parents, and Josh’s parents building new pools this spring. And with that comes great joy and great anxiety about the age old question, “What to Wear?” After doing some online browsing I have decided to order this suit. I love that it’s a plus size, full coverage suit that will hide all of my *ahem* imperfections, but its not all grannyish and ugly. I need something that will hold up my ginormous saggy oobies, hide my tummy, and cover my derrière. Because dee thighs……day rub to-geyder.
Have you heard of FlyLady? She is basically the guru of housecleaning. She gives you step by step instructions on how to get your home in order, clean, and out of C.H.A.O.S (Cant Have Anyone Over Syndrome). I have used her methods for about 2 years now and LOVE her simple approach. Just go. Go NOW and read her short steps. You will thank me later.

I haven't worn a bathing suit in YEARS, literally. Haven't even owned one in about four years and I think it was a good two years before that I stopped wearing it.
I really have to get one this year though. I might need a little irish in my coffee while I am shopping for one.
I have the book, its great. I hide stuff all the time so the husband gets his veggies.

That cook book was all the rave a few years ago in the teacher lounge where I taught. So my friend copied the healthy brownie recipe for me to try. It was HORRIBLE! They were like a brick. But my friend swore it must have been me that did something wrong. Later she brought some muffin from that cook book that had I think cauliflower in it. They were the mushiest things I've ever forced myself to eat and then tell my friend it was good. I wasn't a fan of the book...but everyone else I know swears by it, so perhaps it's just me.
P.S. Love the swim suit. I need to get one of those for the same reason.

I have the cook book, and I love it! I totally bought it to trick my husband not my child-shh! don't tell. We made the "pink pancakes" for Valentine's Day breakfast and they were DELISH!!! Great post-I linked up with you!
