My Favorite Things: May

I cant believe May is over and it is already June! May flew by and we had tons of things to keep us busy. And the most important thing that happened? I turned 26! Here are some of my favorite things from the month of May.

I am a chronic sunglasser-loser-sitter-on’r-breaker, so I don’t even bother buying expensive ones. I bought this summer’s pair at Forever21 for only $5.50 and they have an awesome selection!

I had a lot of makeup favorites this month, mostly because I had run out of some of my makeup staples and I decided to try some new brands. I love this Hard Candy blush! It’s a shimmery highlighting color and I layer it on top of my regular blush to give it a pretty pop. You can only buy Hard Candy products at Walmart and this one was about $7.00

This is the END ALL sunless tanner. I slather my important parts in it every other day and it keeps me looking tan! I have even had a few people tell me, “wow, your eyes are so pretty!” but really……its just the tan skin on my face that makes my blue-grey eyes pop. I highly, highly recommend this tanner! *Important note: it does have golden shimmers when you first put it on, so don’t use it first thing in the morning unless you want that sparkly vampire look*

I realize that this is the second #3, but I photoshop the numbers and I’m too lazy to fix it right now : )

You may remember from my March Favorites that I absolutely loved the Too Faced “Naked Eye” palette.  This month I received a Sephora gift card for my birthday and I decided to pick up another Too Faced palette. I chose the “Romantic Eye” box and once again, I’m in love! I use these eyeshadows every single day.  ($35)
