Our First Family Christmas!

Josh arrived home last night and we decided last-minute to do Ellie Kate’s Christmas the next morning (This morning). But first we had dinner at Chick-Fil-A with Gramps and Gigi!

Once we got home and got the little chicklet to bed, we started wrapping and assembling her gifts. Here’s Josh putting together her giant dollhouse:

I took pictures of her gifts before I wrapped them so I could remember what we got her this year. Also because I love to see what you guys are getting your kids, so I thought you might like a peek too. Here’s her stash!

We bought her a play-doh set, a dollhouse family, a princess book with a CD, and some princess slippers.

I decided at the last minute that she needed some stocking stuffers, and I totally scored at the Target dollar section. From left to right, she got fruit snacks, a velcro catching set, nerds flavored chapstick, a tube of glow stick bracelets, a pack of lacing beads, a wooden airplane, a slinky, and a toy microphone. I ate the entire bag of fruit snacks while she played with her presents, and the first glow stick we played with busted toxic glowing paint all over her hands. Ha! Christmas fail.

The next two days we will be having Christmas with my parents, and Josh’s parents. So much fun this year!
